Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you get your coffee from?

Our coffee comes from growing regions around the world, including Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Sumatra. We work with a specialty roasting partner that sources, roasts, and ships the coffee directly to you under the Golden Wake Up Coffee Co. label. Golden Wake Up Coffee Co. selects the coffees offered in our lineup.

Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?

Yes. Available options are listed on each coffee’s product page. Choose the option that fits your brewing setup before adding it to your cart.

Is your coffee roasted fresh and how long for delivery?

Yes. Our coffee is roasted fresh when you place your order. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Is your tea loose-leaf or in tea bags?

Our tea is loose-leaf. You’ll need a tea infuser, a tea strainer, or empty tea bags that you can fill yourself.

Do all your teas contain caffeine?

No. Our selection includes teas that naturally contain caffeine, such as black and green teas, as well as naturally caffeine-free herbal options like Chamomile Ginger and Turmeric Ginger. Caffeine content depends on the tea you choose.

What benefits do your teas offer?

Our tea collection offers choices for different tastes and routines, from black and green teas that naturally contain caffeine to caffeine-free herbal blends. Explore floral, fruity, spiced, and roasted flavors, and check each product’s ingredients to find an option that suits your preferences.

Where are you located?

I LOVE THE FRENCH ROAST. I tried both the ground and whole beans and both are smooth, bold and full of flavor.
The whole beans is my favor, love the smell when grinding
It's definitely a great way to start the day.

It has a very soothing flavour. Not too strong or overwhelming, the kind that makes you want a second cup the moment the first is done. Amazing stuff!
